Ms. Neela Thayaparan

Ms. Neela Thayaparan is the Vice President of the Young Women’s Hindu Association and past President of the Sri Lanka Tamil Women’s Union. She continues to serve as a senior council member of the Sri Lanka Tamil Women’s Union, Colombo. Since her retirement from the Department of Inland Revenue as a Graduate Translator, she is an active participant in Social Service and Cultural Affairs. She is a graduate from the University of Ceylon – Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
